My son has just started in Piglets at Christopher Robin, Burpham. His first day was actually the first day the nursery had opened since COVID. I've been really impressed by the care and attention given to safety and cleanliness. I really like the booking/check-in system that is in place to ensure that you don't end up standing next to lots of people at pick up/ drop off time. The staff in Piglets are brilliant and he honestly jumps into their arms every morning. They keep us well informed regarding his sleeping and eating. We especially love the My Montessori Child site where we can see pictures of him playing and carrying out activities. It's very nice and keeps us informed. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Well done to all the team.
My son has been attending Christopher Robin Cranleigh for more than two years so has been lucky enough to experience each of the three age group classes. I can't recommend the nursery highly enough. The manager is amazing - she has a wonderful and caring attitude to all the children and a really special bond with every single one! All the staff are warm and friendly. The garden is lovely, has great facilities to encourage role-play/nature and exercise, and the activities that the children get involved in both fun and educational. Our son is excelling in so many ways. He seems to enjoy the food and eats things he wouldn't even try at home! We really missed them all during the lockdown period and our son couldn't wait to get back to his friends and the nursery staff! They have adapted really well to the new COVID regulations and the new procedures of welcoming the children each morning and providing the feedback at the end of each day

We love this nursery, our son has been attending for 2 years and he absolutely loves it. He has never been upset to go to nursery and always looks forward to it. The staff are amazing, they
are friendly, polite and helpful. Since the lockdown, lots of steps have been taken to protect the children and we have trusted them each step of the way. The nursery has a wonderful atmosphere and it is always clean, tidy and secure. Our son's key worker has done an amazing job with him, getting him prepared for school life and working with his learning. He has made many good friends and when the time comes for him to leave school, we will look back on his time at Christopher Robin with very fond memories.
Christopher Robins in Cranleigh is simply outstanding. Our son has been attending since he was 11 months old and simply loves it. The staff care for him as if he was their own. He runs in really happy and is reluctant to leave at the end of the day. When he was struggling with his speech the staff in Kangas supported us on tips and techniques to improve his language skills - now he won’t stop talking.
When he turned 3 he moved up into the preschool class Owls full of confidence and no tears, testament to how the team prepares him. He loves the group activities which are always stimulating, at times challenging and fun.
The nursery has taken brilliant precautions with regards to the children’s safety especially now with COVID and I have every confidence that they keep my child safe.
I could not recommend the nursery enough, we are very happy and most importantly so is our child.
I met the manager and visited the nursery
(7 months pregnant) and I instantly knew that this would be the perfect place. The manager was so friendly, really knowledgeable and I just loved the facilities and outdoor space. My child joined the nursery (Feb 2020) at 9 months old and had several settling in days. On these visits, we met and spent time with his key worker who is just so very lovely and attentive with him and we also met the rest of the Piglets team who are terrific with the babies and their parents. As a result of their care and comfort, my child settled into nursery really well. Covid-19 lockdown happened six weeks later and he returned in July 2020. Prior to this, I was able to have several conversations with the manager who was very happy to answer my questions and gave me and my partner such great reassurance about the measures taken to make it a safe environment for everyone.
My child is settling back in nicely and we have every confidence in the manager and her team.
I cannot fault Christopher Robin nursery. My daughter loves going there and has thrived since being back. The staff are amazing, we are always greeted with a smile and they are all so welcoming. I would 100% recommend the nursery to anyone looking for childcare.
