Christopher Robin Cranleigh opened in 1997 and was the first Montessori Day Nursery in the area. Our wonderful, purpose-made nursery building is vibrant and homely and our garden, which has been carefully adapted to meet the needs of developing children, provides an exciting outdoor world to discover.

“The well-qualified staff work well together as an effective and enthusiastic team and have a good understanding of how children learn through play. Children develop high levels of independence skills. Children are happy, well settled and have strong attachments to staff.” (Ofsted, 2018)

Meet the team
"I have found that the whole team at Christopher Robin, Cranleigh have been nothing short of outstanding, in their attitude and commitment towards caring for my son. I feel that they have excelled in preparing my son for the start of his school life. They have successfully recognised his strengths i.e. numbers and letter and continued to push his development beyond the median. Should I have another child I would not hesitate to enrol him/her into Christopher Robin. I cannot recommend the team highly enough as words do not do them justice. Every child should have a "Christopher Robin". - Mr H
